Summertime can be the best time to make memories with your kids. Spending time outside, heading to the beach and relaxing out by the pool. If you’re working to lose the beer belly look then here are a few of our favorite summer time drinks that keep the calories at bay.

Watermelon Lemonade. Two flavors that scream summer now form the most delicious pairing. First grab a ripe seedless watermelon, a third cup of lemon juice, 2/3 cup of honey. In the bowl of a food processor, place watermelon and process until very smooth. Strain through a coarse sieve set over a bowl, stirring to push through any pulp. Pour juice into a large pitcher. Add lemon zest. In a bowl, whisk lemon juice and honey until honey dissolves; stir into watermelon juice. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water; cover and refrigerate until very cold. Serve over ice and jazz it up with some lemon garnish.
