Total body fitness is the best way to make you a more conditioned athlete and a runner. Finding ways to engage your muscles at proper times like going up hill or hooking a turn take cross training. Sometimes you’ll need to just kick it into 5th gear. You can’t just do that willy-nilly training your body, mind and conditioning is going to put you in 5th gear and keep you there.
